How the $100 Room Holding Deposit works — one shared deposit per room, non-refundable.
One deposit per room
The Room Holding Deposit is $100 total per room. It is not $100 per person.
Anyone in the room group may contribute, and every contribution counts toward the same shared room balance until the $100 is fully paid. You may make more than one payment.
Non-refundable
Payments toward the Room Holding Deposit are non-refundable. This includes cases where a guest later cannot attend, changes rooms, or leaves a room group.
The deposit holds your room in our group block; it is not a payment to the resort and does not cover your resort stay, flights, or other travel costs.
When you can pay
Payment opens once your Room Coordinator or House of Goodin has confirmed the room group, and closes after the deposit deadline shown on your page.
Records
Card payments are processed by our payment provider; House of Goodin never stores your card number. We record who contributed, the amount, the date, and the acknowledgement you accepted before paying.
