Wedding Guest & RSVP Policy

Your RSVP

When you submit an RSVP you confirm that the information you provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge, including the people you expect to stay in your room and their age ranges.

You can update your answer until the deadline shown on your page. After a deadline passes we may no longer be able to guarantee your place, room, or rate.

Additional guests and plus-ones

Everyone you expect to share your room should be listed, even if they haven't registered themselves yet. Additional guests are subject to approval by Kyra and Donye'a.

Room groups

Each room has one Room Coordinator who gives the final confirmation for that room. A single confirmation from the Room Coordinator or from House of Goodin confirms the room for everyone in it.

Significant changes after confirmation may require our assistance and may return the room to Needs Confirmation.

Travel and resort arrangements

Flights, resort bookings, passports, and travel documents are each guest's own responsibility. House of Goodin is not a travel agency and is not responsible for third-party bookings, prices, cancellations, or resort policies.

Communications

Registered guests may receive email or website/account notices necessary to manage their invitation, RSVP, room group, deadlines, payments, travel, and wedding plans. SMS messages are optional and are sent only to guests who separately choose YES to text messaging during registration. Declining SMS does not affect registration, RSVP, attendance, or access to House of Goodin wedding services.
